In honor of the rainbow bridge that was lost to the storms. Barks & Tails Rescue is doing our best to start another. This is just a small token to the people who have lost so much. Each collar placed carries the names of pets that were on the rainbow bridge. It is our honor to try and bring a little peace to all of you that have lost so much.
